Your purchase will be dispatched within two business days (2 days) and the delivery time will be set out at check out. The process of shipping your order takes place through one of three partner carriers, namely: FEDEX, DHL and UPS.

The fees charged for your order to reach your country will be paid by Cá d’Oro Glass. In case of extra charges, the fees imposed by customs will be the responsibility of the customers, make sure before making the purchase.

Possible reasons for delayed delivery of your merchandise:

There was no one to receive the merchandise
Merchandise refused by third party
Natural causes such as rain and hurricanes
