The calculation of the freight value is based on the Correios table for the Sedex and PAC modalities. The standard deadline is 3 working days for the Sedex modality and 7 working days for the PAC modality (varying depending on the region of the country). To know the exact deadline, just inform your zip code at the time of closing the order.

For promotional free shipping options, Cá d´Oro reserves the right to use delivery companies other than the Post Office.

For every shipment, there is a tracking code for consultation directly on the Correios website or within your customer area in our virtual store.

Delivery delay:

The delay in your delivery may happen if:

• There is inconsistent data in your registration;

• When confirming the registration data there will be contact difficulties;

• There is no responsible person at the delivery location;

• Merchandise refused by third parties;

• Natural causes such as rain, accidents, among others.

In case of delay, the measures are:

• Consultation of the position of the order with the Post Office;

• Conference of delivery data. Orders are labeled from the address provided by the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to correctly fill in the delivery data and, if inconsistent, to pay a new shipping cost to the correct address.
